750 ml bottle. This wine is a blend of Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris (some Riesling too). The grapes were pressed directly using a pneumatic press, without destemming and at low pressure, separating the free-run juice from the press wine. After static racking, each component fermented separately in stainless steel tanks and concrete eggs. Once the blend was defined, the wine was aged in untoasted French oak vats and concrete vats for 20 to 22 months. pH 3.0. Acidity 7.27 g/l. Residual sugar 2.63 g/l. Alcohol 12.90 % vol. Contains sulphites. (75 cl Fr. 33.00, 1 L Fr. 44.00)
