750 ml bottle. 100% Cabernet Franc from Finca La Zulema vineyard at Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina, at 980 meters above sea level with heterogeneous, alluvial soil; with a rocky subsoil made up of stones and a finer layer of sediment on top. Excellent permeability and drainage, which allows a good in-depth exploration of the roots. Two days of cold maceration at 8°C and complete maceration for 21 days. Fermentation in small stainless steel tanks, roll fermentors and oak barrels with spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Ageing for 18 months in French oak barrels. Acidity 5.90 g/l. pH 3.70. Residual Sugar 1.80 g/l. Alcohol 14.30 % vol. Contains sulphites. (75 cl Fr. 45.00, 1 L Fr. 60.00)

Harvest 2018: 94 points (Tim Atkin). Deep ruby in colour, with intense aroma of pepper, eucalyptus and spice. Its entrance on the palate is sweet and smooth, due to the presence of round and ripe tannins. Elegant and long finish.
